OUR SERVICES Planned Parenthood Surgical Health Services of North Texas, Inc. (PPSHSNT) offers abortion services at two locations: one in Dallas and one in Fort Worth. Surgical abortion
procedures are available for women up to 13.6 weeks pregnant. Medication abortion is offered to women who are no more than 56 days into their pregnancy. The cost is $315.
